Kathmandu Pokhara Chitwan Tour Itinerary
Arrival at Kathmandu
Depending upon your arrival time, our team member will be waiting for you to welcome you to the most beautiful country, Nepal. After meeting you, we will be headed towards our hotel in a private vehicle and will check in. After we reach the hotel, we will freshen up and have our lunch at the Nepali Authentic Hotel, where we will taste the local food of Nepal.
After having our lunch, we will take a rest and do some shopping necessary for our tour. At night, we will roam inside the Thamel area to get the vibe of our Nation. We will spend the night at the hotel.
Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara
After having breakfast in our hotel, we will head toward Pokhara, which usually takes 6-8 hrs on a private vehicle. On the way to Pokhara, we will get a chance to see a beautiful road trip, followed by the forest and the greenery. As it takes several hours to reach Pokhara, we will take a rest there tonight and have our dinner there. We will see the night view from the top of the hotel towards the lake.
Sightseeing at Pokhara
Waking up early in the morning, we will have our breakfast and start our day from the Tal Barahi Temple. It lies in the middle of the Phewa Lake, which can be reached by boat. After visiting the temple, we will head towards our next destination, the Pumdikot, also known as the largest temple of Shiva Ji. We will spend some time around there by capturing the moments with a camera.
After that, we will head toward the Mahendra Gufa where will can see a lot of statues of goddesses. Also, we can visit the International Mountain Museum, where the Nepalese ethics groups' culture is displayed. Mountaineering equipment that has been preserved that has been used by ancient people.
After this, we will head towards Sarangkot for the sunset view. From Sarangkot, we can see the view of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and the Manaslu Range. Most people gather in the evening for its beautiful sunset view, and the whole city can be seen from the top of the hill. After the lights are turned on in the city, the view will attract the visitors. We will return to our hotel for dinner and spend the rest of the night there.
Pokhara City Tour
Early in the morning wake up for sunrise view in Annapurna mountain range. After breakfast drive to Pokhara. Or you can take paragliding or other adventure activities in Pokhara too.
We will have our lunch in our hotel and will go outside to taste the different local foods around the city. There, we can find any country dish having the same taste and flavor. We can do some shopping that will be necessary for the remaining tour. We will spend the night there. After lunch we will visit remaining destinations that are not covered or missed on previous day activity. and overnight at Pokhara hotel.
Drive from Pokhara to Chitwan
After having our breakfast, we will move towards our next destination, Chitwan. The distance from Pokhara to Chitwan is approximately 150-165 km and usually takes 4 to 6 hours. We will travel through Mugling- Narayanghat- Chitwan. In the Monsoon season, it can be delayed due to the road conditions.
To avoid traffic, we should head early in the morning to arrive on time. We will have our dinner at night at the hotel after arriving in Chitwan.
Jungle Safari and Sightseeing at Chitwan
Waking up early in the morning, we will see the beautiful sunrise view from the hotel's top. As Chitwan is normally hot due to its temperature, we can wear light clothes and apply sunscreen. After having our breakfast, we will head towards Nepal's first National Park, Chitwan National Park.
Chitwan National Park is a World Heritage Site that offers a dense wild forest, thrilling experiences of wildlife, and a rich biodiversity. Here, we can experience different wild animals on live by doing a Jungle Safari.
We can book a jeep to roam around the dense forest. There are over 600-700 species of wildlife living there. We can find animals like the one-horned rhino, the Royal Bengal Tiger, Crocodiles, Asian Elephant. We can also do elephant rise as well.
Drive Back to Kathmandu
After spending a wonderful time in Pokhara and Chitwan, we will drive back to Kathmandu after having breakfast in the morning. It will take approximately 4 to 6 hours in a private vehicle if the condition of road conditions are good, or else may take more time. Due to the busy ride, we cannot visit other places, so we will rest at our hotel after arriving in Kathmandu. As our flight will be on next day, we need to relax and be fit and fine.
Today you can take flight from Bharatpur chitwan to Kathmandu and spend your remaing days by visiting Kathmandu instead sleeping 4 to 6 hour in vehicle.
Departure
Depending on our flight schedule, we can do some shopping in the morning for our family and ourselves as a token of love from Nepal. Our team member will drop you off at the airport and say farewell to all the visitors. We will have our last goodbye at the Tribhuvan Airport.
