Mt Lhotse Expedition is the package designed to take you to this independent and technically difficult peak of Mt Lhotse. Ranging up to the altitude of 8516 meters, the mountain comprises of three massif; Mt Lhotse main (8516m), Mt Lhotse east (8414m) and Mt Lhotse Shar (8383m), making it one of the biggest in Nepalese Himalayan Massif after Everest in the Khumbu Region of Nepal. In addition to the three eight thousanders in the family, the south face of the mountain is the steepest face of its size in the world. The mountain rises with challenges for its climber and was a mission impossible for the climbers till 2001 to climb the Lhotse middle making it the highest unclimbed mountain for long time.

Besides all the hardships in history to climb the peak, this fourth highest peak of the world is a dream come true for many climbers around the world. The South Col connect Mt Everest and Mt Lhotse to each other and the expedition to both summits heads through the same route across the Khumbu Icefall all the way to Camp 3 where the route gets separated.

Commencing the trip to Mt Lhotse with a flight from Kathmandu, we follow the same trail to Everest through Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Pheriche, Lobuche, Gorakshep and then to the Everest Base Camp heading further to Khumbu Icefall to our first camping at 6400 meters, second at 6750 meters, third at 7100 meters and the fourth at 7850 meters and the final climb to the summit.
